You'll own experimentation programmes for four to five retained clients — from research and hypothesis backlogs to readouts the client's board actually understands. You'll work directly with our designers and engineers, and your tests will ship weekly. This is a senior role: you set the strategy, we give you the traffic.

Main duties & responsibilities

Own the experimentation roadmap for 4–5 retained clients, end to end.Run discovery: analytics audits, session recordings, user interviews, and heuristic reviews.Write hypothesis backlogs the whole team can prioritise — and defend the prioritisation.Design tests with our designers and QA them with our engineers before launch.Deliver Friday readouts: what won, what lost, what we learned, what’s next.Mentor one mid-level strategist — we promote from inside first.

What we need to see

4+ years running A/B and multivariate programmes with real traffic.Fluency in GA4, and at least one of Optimizely, VWO, or Convert.Statistics you can explain to a client without slides — power, significance, peeking.Writing that a busy founder will actually read.Evidence over ego: show us a test you lost and what it changed.
