Culture at Optyv

We built the studio we wanted to work at: honest readouts, no heroics, and nobody's mock-up survives contact with traffic — including the founder's.

Four-and-a-half-day weeks, a workation every year, and Fridays reserved for test readouts and learning. People stay — the numbers below aren't an accident.

Our culture

We've created an environment where being wrong is cheap.

Most agencies punish wrong answers, so people stop offering ideas. We made experiments the unit of work instead — every idea gets its shot at traffic, and the data does the judging. It changes how a team behaves: juniors challenge seniors, designers challenge clients, and everyone sleeps better.

Don't take our word for it. Take theirs.

I pitched a test in my first week that beat the founder’s design. Nobody flinched — they put it in the newsletter.
